Inca Warrior Fitness Helping people achieve their dreams of a healthier, more fit and stronger life. I don’t just give instructions on how to exercise, lift weights, and eat right.

My name is Anthony Rodriguez, and I am a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist dedicated to helping people on their journey to a healthier state of body and mind. As a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist, I help clients of all ages and sizes become their best selves through diet, exercise, and developing confidence and positive self image. I also encourage clients, give advice, and reassure them that they can keep going when they think they cannot go any further. Before I started my personal training career, I worked as a laboratory technician and spent my spare time coaching friends and family. Whether their goal was to lose weight, get stronger, or just feel healthier, I accompanied them to the gym, taught proper form, and gave wellness suggestions, all of which they eagerly implemented into their routines. Their results were so successful that it inspired me to share my abilities with others outside my immediate circle. In 2014, I obtained my Fitness Specialist certificate from Raritan Valley Community College and FIT-traxx Group Personal Training certification. I started seeing many happy clients at many New Jersey gyms, including L.A. Fitness, Clark; YMCA, Somerville; and Eclipse Gym, Green Brook. As a personal trainer, I go beyond telling clients to do one more push-up or run for one more minute. Every client is guaranteed complete attention, a full understanding of any limitations, and respect for personal wellness goals. As your trainer, I take a personal interest in watching you hit your milestones and achieve your short and long-term goals.

◦You’ll learn to push yourself beyond what you think your limits are. Mental boundaries have such a strong hold on us, and together, we will break those boundaries and achieve what you never thought was possible.
◦You’ll feel 100 percent comfortable at all times. As your trainer, I make sure that you are comfortable in my care and that you are adequately supported through all challenges, small and large. You succeed that much more when we have a strong connection.
◦You will be stronger and healthier than you ever thought possible! By following the diet and exercise plan that I formulate to your exact needs, you’ll tap into your true potential and emerge stronger and healthier than you ever thought you could be
