What’s the best way to treat tennis elbow? 🤔

Tennis elbow happens when the wrist extensor muscles on the outside of your elbow are overworked. Despite its name, you don’t have to be a tennis player to get it—any repetitive wrist or elbow movement can cause this condition, also known as lateral epicondylopathy.

Effective treatment includes:

✔️ Adjustments to the neck, mid-back, and elbow
✔️ Trigger point therapy for the wrist extensors
✔️ Strengthening exercises for the wrist muscles
