Autumn invites us to shed what no longer serves, return to our roots, and prepare for inner stillness. In this class, we'll explore mudras that ground, stabilize, and support the body and mind, paired with mantras that encourage calm, clarity, and letting go.

We will focus on grounding breath and you will leave feeling rooted and a greater understanding of yoga philosophy.

Cost $15 for Non-Members / $10 for Members - Venmo to reserve your spot. Please include your name and the event name you are registering for in your Venmo.
