Here are a few practical ways to stay on track without overhauling your life:

✅Focus on the “big 3” basics
Pick water, movement, and protein. Hit two out of three each day. Start today by drinking a full bottle of water and taking a 10-minute walk.

✅Cut your workouts in half, not out
Short sessions still build momentum.Try 15 minutes at home or drop into a quick class when you can. Consistency matters more than time.

✅Anchor your day with one non-negotiable habit
