The holidays make it easy to slip out of routine — travel, events, and long to-do lists can quickly push your workouts to the back seat. But staying active doesn’t have to feel impossible.

Here are a few ways to make it work 👇

💪 Plan your week in advance
Look at your schedule on Sunday and lock in 2–3 workout times. Treat them like appointments — they don’t move.

🏡 Shorten the sessions, keep the consistency
Even 20 minutes at home counts. Bodyweight circuits, a brisk walk, or a 10 minute stretch session still move the needle.

🤝 Stay accountable
Tell a friend, join a class, or check in with your coach. Accountability keeps motivation alive when life gets busy.
