Pieces Of Hope Movement and Memory Center Bowling Green We are a movement and memory center for people with issues related to PD, ALZ, and special needs. Jill Steffey is the owner of POH.

We are "fighting back" to keep people as independent as possible through movement of the body and working the brain in various ways. She is a certified boxing coach, Alzheimer's specialist, Parkinson's specialist, personal trainer and nutritionist. She also understands grief due to losing both parents within 2 years. She will work to help those navigate the ups and downs of all these diseases.

Had the pleasure of doing bingocize At Chandler park assisted living yesterday morning and then at charter Senior living in the afternoon. Had 18 people At Chandler and 29 at charter.

Saw three private clients (1 is new) and had 5 in Gerifit. Missed my Buddies today.

I was able to work with six people for my combination class this morning. Then this afternoon I worked with three different private clients.

I got to work with six clients today between two classes and then had a private client. Tuesdays are my slowest days, but I will be adding to private clients in February.
