📸 Right: Me, lighter, brighter, and finally living in a body that doesn’t want to file a complaint every morning.

The weight loss came first—120lbs of “I’m fine” energy politely escorted out the door. But even after that, I still didn’t feel like myself. (Rude, right?)

Enter: Gluten. Or rather, exit gluten, and suddenly my body stopped acting like it was in a constant group chat with inflammation, fatigue, and brain fog. And another 10lbs down.

I didn’t just want to look better—I wanted to feel better. So I got curious. I started digging into root cause healing like a health detective who’s had enough of mystery symptoms and mediocre vibes.

Now? Energy’s up. Brain’s on. Joints have (mostly) stopped their daily protest marches. And no, I do not miss bread enough to invite chaos back into my body.

Healing isn’t linear, but neither is my glow-up.


I’m a nurse, mom, and human currently on my own “why do I feel like crap?” healing journey.
