I want to share something with you all that’s been on my heart lately. 🥰🥰
For a long time, I've felt stuck. Stuck with my confidence. Stuck in my health. I noticed more age spots, dark circles, dull skin… and honestly, I started feeling like how I looked on the outside didn’t match how I felt on the inside. I didn’t have some big AHA moment, I was just tired of feeling that way. Tired of brushing it off. Tired of telling myself this was just “part of getting older.”

So, as most of you know, I decided to start making a few small changes. I cleaned up my nutrition. I upgraded my skincare. I started trying products that actually support my body and skin instead of working against it. And little by little, things have started shifting. My age spots are diminishing, I have more energy, and for the first time in a long time, I feel more confident in my own body.

I keep thinking about how many other women might be dealing with the same skin concerns and quietly feeling frustrated or stuck like I was. So I’m going to continue sharing more about what I’m learning, what I’m using, and what’s actually helping. Whether you’re just here to support me or you’re on your own journey with skin, confidence, or health… it helps to know we’re not doing this alone.

Just left my postop appointment. Everything looks great - no sign of infection, incision looks wonderful, xray shows everything still where it should be. Doesn't know why I have the hip discomfort unless it's my muscles complaining because they're now being used correctly!

I can sit on the couch like a normal person, can lift 10-15 pounds, just keep it close to my body, still would prefer no twisting. Basically use my discretion and listen to my body. Treadmill and elliptical are fine, just don't use my arms on the elliptical.

I have a follow up appointment at the end of January then we'll see if I need PT and talk about going back to work.
