Stop bullying.
Bullying can take place in various forms, including:
Physical Bullying: Involves physical harm or intimidation, such as hitting, kicking, pushing, or damaging someone’s belongings.
Verbal Bullying: Includes name-calling, insults, teasing, threats, and verbal abuse.
Social or Relational Bullying: This form targets someone’s relationships or social status, like spreading rumors, excluding someone from a group, or manipulating friendships.
Cyberbullying: Occurs through digital platforms, such as social media, text messages, or email, where harmful or threatening content is shared.
Psychological or Emotional Bullying: Involves tactics meant to damage a person’s self-esteem or mental well-being, such as constant criticism, humiliation, or manipulation.
Sexual Bullying: Involves unwanted or inappropriate comments, gestures, or physical contact related to a person’s body, appearance, or sexual orientation.
These forms of bullying can overlap, and the impact on the victim can be severe regardless of the type.
Let’s all take some time for introspection and make the necessary changes as needed to become better human beings 🙏
