Are you a perfectionist?

Be honest.
Do you actually like being one?

Because on the outside it looks admirable.

But underneath?

Perfectionism often says:
“If I perform well, then I’m worthy.”
“If I achieve, then I’m lovable.”
“If I do it right, then I’m enough.”

The problem isn’t excellence.
It’s attaching your worth to it.

That’s where the shame comes in.
That’s where the self-criticism lives.
That’s where exhaustion begins.

You don’t have to perform to be enough.

For so many of us, the word sensuality was narrowed… misunderstood… or even labeled as something we should suppress.

But sensuality is about your senses.
It’s about presence.
It’s about feeling at home in your body.

It can be as simple as:
✨ Wearing something because it feels good on your skin.
✨ Moving in a way that feels natural — not impressive.
✨ Asking “How do I feel?” instead of “How do I look?”
✨ Allowing softness without calling it weakness.
✨ Enjoying warmth, texture, music, sunlight — without guilt.

When you widen the definition, you widen your capacity for joy.

🎧 In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, I sit down with Susan Beth Breuner to talk about redefining sensuality, the feminine gaze, and what happens when women choose how they want to be seen.

It’s streaming now on all podcast platforms.

Fun fact: Sensuality is about your senses — not sexuality.

We’ve culturally collapsed those two things into one. And when that happens, many women disconnect from their bodies without even realizing it.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, we talk about expanding sensuality beyond performance and into presence.

When you reconnect with your senses, you reconnect with yourself.

💛 What’s one sensory experience that instantly grounds you?

“Joy returns the moment you stop abandoning yourself.”

So many of us learned to leave ourselves.

To override our intuition.
To shrink our needs.
To perform instead of feel.

And we called it being “good.”
We called it being “easy.”
We called it love.

But joy doesn’t live in self-abandonment.
It lives in presence.
In self-trust.
In choosing yourself — gently, consistently, without apology.

When you come back home to your body…
when you stop outsourcing your worth…
something soft and powerful begins to return.

✨ Joy was never gone. You just had to come back to yourself.

When we expand our definition of sensuality, everything changes.

Sensuality isn’t just about sexuality—it’s awareness. It’s comfort. It’s noticing what feels good. It’s allowing yourself to enjoy subtle expression without shame or performance.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, Susan Beth Breuner and I explore how becoming comfortable with sensuality actually creates healthier intimacy, deeper confidence, and more embodied presence.

✨ What if sensuality isn’t about being seen—but about being fully present with yourself?

Most of us were taught how to be seen.

We were taught to be attractive.
To be desirable.
To be impressive.
To be agreeable.

But we were rarely taught how to see ourselves — without measuring our worth through someone else’s approval.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, Susan Beth Breuner and I talk about unlearning the male gaze and reclaiming the way we see ourselves.

Confidence isn’t about becoming hotter.

It’s about becoming more you.

When you stop performing and start choosing how you want to be seen, everything shifts.

Voice.
Boundaries.
Presence.
Joy.

Who gets to decide how you’re seen?

The feminine gaze is about reclaiming authorship—choosing to be seen as you want to be seen, not through someone else’s expectations.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, Susan Beth Breuner and I explore sensuality as something deeper than sexuality—rooted in presence, self-trust, and embodied confidence.

✨ When women reconnect with their bodies, creativity, and inner knowing, confidence often follows—naturally and gently.

“Sensuality is not about being seen—it’s about being present.”

In a world that teaches us to perform, this is your reminder to pause…
to soften…
to come home to yourself.

Sensuality lives in presence.
In listening to your body.
In trusting your inner knowing.
In allowing yourself to feel—without needing approval.

When you stop trying to be seen by others, you start truly seeing yourself.
And that’s where confidence, creativity, and joy begin.

✨ Listen to the new episode of Live Brighter with Tara, out now on all podcast platforms, featuring a beautiful, grounding conversation with Susan Beth Breuner.

An invitation to reconnect… and live brighter from the inside out.

What if sensuality isn’t about being sexy—or being seen by others—but about being fully present with yourself?

In this clip from Live Brighter with Tara, Susan Beth Breuner shares a powerful reframe: sensuality is the joy of your senses—the softness of what you’re wearing, the comfort of movement, the soothing rhythm of rocking, and allowing your body to experience pleasure without performance.

So often, culture narrows sensuality down to sexuality. But true sensuality is about self-trust, presence, and embodied joy.

✨ This short is an invitation to soften, reconnect with your senses, and let yourself experience pleasure in everyday moments—simply because you’re human.

Have you noticed changes in your sleep, energy, or stress levels—and wondered why everything suddenly feels harder than it used to?

In this clip from Live Brighter with Tara, I share a powerful shift in perspective: your body isn’t working against you—it’s communicating with you. Burnout often happens when our emotional, physical, and spiritual capacity has been exceeded for too long, especially when we ignore the deeper stressors living at the bottom of our “cup.”

This conversation builds on this week’s full episode, where I explore how cumulative stress, unprocessed emotions, and constant output can quietly disconnect us from our bodies—until our bodies force us to slow down.

✨ If you’ve felt depleted, overwhelmed, or like your body has “turned on you,” this is an invitation to stop fighting, start listening, and take one gentle step toward healing.
