Construction for our NEW Relax and Restore Recovery Suite begins tomorrow (11/10).

Please use the second entrance when entering the facility. Locker rooms and all equipment are still fully accessible.

The connections, stories, and successes we have witnessed over the years have been absolutely remarkable. We are beyond thrilled to partner with Fitness Premier to make the community that we’ve built stronger, and better than ever before! **NEW TRAINER SPOTLIGHT**

Meet Elaina! Elaina is from Spokane, Washington. She graduated from the University of Hawaii in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance.

Outside of academics, shes’s passionate about living an active lifestyle — Elaina has completed 5 marathons, a Half Ironman, and is a certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor and Nutrition Coach.

Her training style is rooted in functional movement, with a strong focus on controlled, intentional exercises. She loves combining heavy weight training with strategic cardio to help maximize fat loss and build lean, toned muscle.

We are thrilled to have her on the team!!

🏌️Grab your four some and join us for an afternoon on the golf course. If you are an individual but need a team we can pair you up.

🏌️‍♀️Only 40 spots available(10 total tee times) so contact the front desk, DM, or email Chase@urbanfitnessmt.com to get yourself or team registered.

🏌️‍♂️Registration will end on Monday July 21st and Participants will pay at the club house prior to tee time.
