Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! ☘️☘️

Got to the gym this morning in the cold 48 degree morning.

I’m blessed lately to be getting to the gym bc it’s good for me PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY….BUT what ppl don’t see, is the pain I’m in daily & I still push myself to the gym pain & all.. People see me out & about doing my health & wellness & think “I’m good” - nobody knows what really goes on behind closed doors daily! I have constant bone pain due to metastasis & skull & neck pain..thx to a little help from my friends, trying to manage that….Finally, also getting my medical ma*****na card next week, looking for some aid.

Never judge a situation you’ve NEVER been in! 💯

Happy Monday..the start of a good week (I hope)! Blessed for the beautiful good days & doing what I love! 💪🏼💦 It was years I’ve done yoga, 🧘🏻‍♀️ I did it last year for a while but now with this new HOT room I’m getting back into it weekly……
mind, body & soul!

My Friday night 🧘🏻‍♀️👊🏼 ….ending this long week w some Hot Pilates at Crunch Fitness new Hot room which is AMAZING! 🔥🔥💦 Def much needed!! Helps w stretching, body aches & bone pain! I’ve really gotten into Yoga & Pilates lately & loving it! Maddie & I switched mats, she took my Alo & gave me this one..😁 but looking into a cork one!

I’m so happy that I go here, I’m grateful for friends that recommended this to me, it’s the most relaxed I’ve felt on this wellness journey! Many benefits for cancer plus overall wellness & detox, among other things! Nothing right now is more important than detoxing & distressing my body, as today I start a week of radiation! ☢️

I can’t go this week but I’ll double up the following week, using my supplements & M**h Blue! 👊🏼

Some of my wellness the last few days! So glad friends joined in some R&R!

I tried hot Pilates for the first time last night & it was so good! I’m just now obsessed w all hot & detox. It’s got so many benefits + helps me w side effects! I esp luv the infrared light bc it elevates some of the head & neck pain I experience from progression. I have to double up on my sauna sessions since I can’t use it during radiation next week. I’m also looking into CBD as an alternative to Oxy! I just keep researching!
