We are thrilled to announce that Hand Up To Victory has been selected as one of the 10 finalists for the Impact100 SRQ Sarasota & Manatee Counties Grant for the 2025 Giving Year! We are so grateful to them for this possible opportunity to make a HUGE impact in the lives of those we serve. Presentations & final selections are made on January 20th at their Annual Celebration & Awards Ceremony!

Rough couple of nights for anyone homeless on the street. The Salvation Army even opened up a cold weather shelter there. Anyone out there that truly wants to change their life, get in touch with us,  we will do all we can to start you on your journey!

Today Justin was invited to the annual Veteran’s Day event at Bay Pines to see keynote speaker David Chick! His comeback story is a true testimony to what God can do in someone’s life. We had the pleasure of serving him & his family in different ways during his journey, & we have the utmost respect & gratitude for all veterans that have served this great country! 🇺🇸
Congrats David, we know this is just one of the many accomplishments that will happen in your future!

Our 8th Annual Fall Gala Fundraiser Dinner was a HUGE success! Thank you so much to all the donors for sharing our night of joy & the celebration of lives changed! Thank you so much to the speakers, volunteers, & our very own Austyn! All of you are what made the night special, we couldn’t have done it without any one of you. Thank you to Oasis Church for always being a gracious host! We raised almost $60k which will go directly towards making a direct impact in the lives of those seeking recovery & a better life! 🙌🏻

Hand Up To Victory team was blessed to attend the Bloom Lunch and Learn event today with speaker Victoria Finley. She had 🔥🔥 points & great insight as always, today was focused on Donor Stewardship! The team had great takeaways & are looking forward to put into action what we learned. Thank you so much to The Upper Room for hosting the event & taking great care of us today!

✨Had an amazing time at our first Business After Hours with the Manatee Chamber of Commerce tonight! It was so much fun networking with fellow chamber members and learning about Town Square at University Parkway, a unique 1950s-themed adult day care and senior center in North Sarasota that provides a safe and engaging space for seniors. Grateful for the opportunity to connect, share, and support our local community!🤝❤️

Manatee County hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony to officially unveil the new building for Helping Up Mission! This is the beginning of plans to provide long term treatment, a women’s shelter and connection with a multitude of services provided through other organizations. Hand Up To Victory now has a place to conduct in-person applicant interviews and provide assistance to those ready to enter recovery housing.
We are so grateful for these partnerships, knowing we can accomplish a much greater impact in the lives of those we serve when we do it together! 🙌🏻💯
