Today’s staff meeting is brought to you from the office of our CEO, Milande David.

From Milande’s vantage point, this meeting wasn’t just about updates - it was about standards. During today’s discussion, Director of Operations Stephanie covered ongoing optimization efforts with one clear focus: service excellence and continuous improvement.

At the core of our organization is a deep commitment to how we serve - our patients, partners, and communities. We care about our service level, and we will always strive to improve it. This year alone, our CEO invested in Six Sigma and belt-level certifications for four of our associates - and each of them is now leading projects across the organization.

Optimization isn’t about change for the sake of change; it’s about refining how we show up, how we communicate, and how we deliver care with consistency and intention.

Delivering impeccable customer service is our bottom line. It’s the foundation of trust, sustainability, and long-term impact - and it starts with leadership that is present, engaged, and invested in doing better every day.

This week, our Behavioral Healthcare Managers led a beautiful holiday craft and engagement activity at one of our partnered senior communities - and the impact went far beyond paint, glitter, and ornaments.

These sessions create space for connection, creativity, and emotional expression, especially during the holiday season when feelings of loneliness or isolation can surface. Through hands-on activities, residents are able to engage socially, stimulate cognition, express joy, and feel truly seen and supported.

This is what whole-person care looks like in action - meeting residents where they are, nurturing mental and emotional well-being, and creating moments of purpose and belonging.

🌟 Join us in welcoming our newest RPM Specialist - Sydney! 🌟

We are thrilled to officially welcome Sydney to the EliaCore team! Seen here to the very right, wearing the EliaCore bag, alongside our other EliaCore associates, who she is training and shadowing with. 

She will be serving our partnered communities throughout Sarasota, traveling onsite each day to provide hands-on support and compassionate monitoring for our residents.

As an RPM Specialist, Sydney will play a key role in strengthening our continuum of care by collecting and tracking daily vitals, including:
✔️ Blood pressure
✔️ Glucose levels
✔️ Heart rate
✔️ Respiratory rate
✔️ Oxygen saturation (O2)
✔️ Temperature
✔️ Weight

With her presence in the community, Sydney will help:
✨ Identify early changes in residents’ conditions before they become critical
✨ Reduce unnecessary hospitalizations
✨ Support clinicians with accurate, real-time health data
✨ Lighten the clinical workload for our partnered facilities
✨ Strengthen communication between residents, providers, and care teams

Tis the season for our residents at our partnered communites. The incredible connection they share with our Behavioral Health Managers during this Christmas season. 🎄🤍

For many seniors, the holidays can bring tenderness, memories, and moments of loneliness. That’s why these visits matter so much. Our Behavioral Health Managers bring joy, presence, and emotional support - creating experiences that brighten our residents’ day in ways that truly matter.

These Christmas activities offer our residents:

- Emotional uplift and renewed holiday spirit
Moments of social connection that reduce isolation
- A sense of belonging within their community

Today’s spotlight is Dr. Julie David, Health & Wellness Business Consultant - the leader who heads all Customer Service initiatives across our entire organization. 🌟

Apologies in advance - the audio isn’t working on this clip, but the impact is undeniable. Even in silence, you can see the intention, structure, and value she brings as she leads this month’s Customer Service Training.

At Manatee Senior Care and EliaCore, LLC , Customer Service is the epicenter of who we are. It drives our culture, our outcomes, and our reputation. We spare no cost in equipping our team with the training, development, and tools needed to ensure every client interaction is memorable, meaningful, and rooted in excellence.

In addition to hosting our monthly company-wide Customer Service Training, Dr. Julie oversees the many initiatives that shape how we engage with:
- Our seniors and families
- Our partnered communities
- Our providers and clinical teams
- Our internal staff and leadership

This morning, she reminded us that:

✨We are a little late in posting this, but December 1st feels like the perfect time to share. ✨

Back in September, we had the opportunity to attend the Manatee County Medical Society Gala alongside our amazing Manatee Senior Care and EliaCore, LLC team. It was a beautiful night celebrating healthcare, community, and all the people who pour their hearts into serving others every single day.

Now that we’ve stepped into the last month of the year, we are reflecting on how grateful we are for:

• A team that shows up with excellence, compassion, and consistency
• Community partners who trust us to care for their residents and patients
• Organizations like Manatee Medical Society that continue to support local physicians and the future of healthcare in our region

Being part of this work is truly meaningful - and gatherings like this are a reminder that it takes all of us working together to make a difference. 🤎
