Behind every tea, tincture bottle, label, email, and shipped order is a team of incredible women (plus Michael! We love Michael 🫶). Meet the women of The Good Village Co.:
🩵 Mckayla — Mckayla is one of our newer team members! We count on her each week for a plethora of kitchen tasks like bagging, labeling, and heat sealing tea; keeping dishes clean and organized; restocking the tea bar; and whatever else is needed. She's positive and does a great job of fitting in wherever she's needed!
💜 Katie — Katie is our "back of house"/tea manager! She is incredibly dedicated, capable, and willing. If there's something that needs to be done, Katie makes sure it happens. She has only been with us for a short time, but is rapidly gaining herbal knowledge, is an asset in working with customers, and has fantastic ideas for streamlining production. She leads a full team in the back that focuses on tea production, keeps the kitchen running smoothly, and has helped us elevate our organization and production methods.
🩷 Amanda — Amanda is our go-to girl for shipping! She keeps the energy level in the kitchen up and active, and is always willing to lend a hand and learn something new. She also has a great eye for improvements to increase efficiency and production. She has jumped headfirst into her herbal knowledge journey and is sharing it with her whole family.
❤️ Devin — Devin helps us bag tea, bottle products, put on labels, and do anything else needed. She's always upbeat, does a great job of figuring out new tasks, and has a wonderful attitude! She's been eager to expand her herbal knowledge, and we're looking forward to welcoming her into some new roles over the summer.
🧡 Lylly — Lylly forever has the most cheerful attitude and upbeat spirit. She can be found in the shop helping customers, keeping the shelves perfectly stocked, and helping out in the kitchen with whatever is needed. She has mastered making our very popular DIY Elderberry Syrup Kits, and always sees the brightest side of things. If you need a hot drink or a sunny perspective, look for Lylly!
💚 Em — Em is our resident artist and shop manager! Lauren has said, "If you see something pretty online or at the shop, Em is probably the one who did it." She creates our beautiful product labels, updates our website, and makes all the little handmade signs around the shop -- as well as updating the storefront, handling customer requests, and creating most "non-tea" products.
💛 Lauren — Lauren is the core of our amazing team and the reason we're all here. She's the owner & Community Herbalist at TGVCo, formulates all of the products, has a wealth of knowledge, and always makes herself available to sit with customers and provide comprehensive insight and recommendations for physical, mental, and emotional health. She is also responsible for our extraordinary growth on TikTok and a myriad of unseen tasks that get done every single day!
