We are a 501(c)(3) agency contracted with CSOC to serve youth aged 5-21 experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and mental health challenges. The Tri County Care Management Organization takes a family focused and community-based leadership role in supporting the needs of youth who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and mental health challenges.

HAPPY AUTISM ACCEPTANCE MONTH and World Autism Awareness Day 🧡 A time to celebrate differences and promote understanding, as well as inclusion in our communities!

TCCMO had the pleasure of collaborating with Branching Out Page One Resouce Center DAWNcil and Greenwich Autism Alliance to host the 3rd Annual Warren County Autism Awareness & Special Needs Resource Fair 🪁

We had over 30+ agencies attend and share their resources + services for all the families in attendance, as well as raffles for families to win!

Each year on March 31, the world observes Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) to raise awareness about transgender people. It is a day to celebrate the lives and contributions of trans people, while also drawing attention to the disproportionate levels of poverty, discrimination, and violence the community faces compared to cisgender (non-transgender) people!
