Licensed CNA needed for 6 week travel contract in Oregon. You do NOT need out of state license. The following is required:
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Social Security Card
3. Copy of valid-current certification
4. TB skin test
5. Background check- I will complete
6. Covid vaccination card or exemption letter
7. Current Physical
8. BLS- Valid-CPR Card
Transportation and housing provided
3 professional references needed!
