If you’re not feeling your best but keep being told your labs are “normal,” don’t ignore how you feel.
Normal on paper doesn’t always mean optimal for you. Make sure you’re working with someone who:
• Is ordering the right labs for your symptoms
• Is looking at patterns, not just reference ranges
• Understands optimal vs. “in range”
• Takes your symptoms seriously
You deserve answers, not dismissal. Keep advocating for yourself. 💛
