Holidays after loss have a way of feeling both familiar and strangely altered. Many of us are carrying invisible grief into a season that once felt steady and predictable. When traditions shift or the landscape of family changes, it’s easy to feel unanchored.

But this season isn’t about replacing what we’ve lost or pretending nothing changed. It’s about giving ourselves permission to honor what was and gently explore what we still get to create — new meaning, new rituals, new moments of connection.

Grief and creation can coexist. And if this year feels different, you’re not alone

We grow so quietly we don't always notice how far we've come until we look back. Your younger self had no idea you'd survive the things you have.

What's one message you'd send back to remind them they were stronger than they knew?

Drop your message in the comments so we can hold space for each other's journeys.

It’s okay to feel “touched out.” 💛

Motherhood asks so much of your body and your presence — it’s natural to need space, to crave quiet, to want your own skin back for a bit. That doesn’t make you unloving. It makes you human.

New week. Same strength — just a new chance to show it. 💪

You’ve done hard things before, and you’ll do them again — with more confidence, more wisdom, and more grace than last time.

Here’s to walking into the week grounded, capable, and unstoppable.

✨ Let’s get after it.

You’ve done the hard thing again and again… You’ve shown up, even when no one came to save you. It’s ok if it feels heavy. Just remember — you’ve already been carrying yourself through the hardest parts. That counts for everything. 🌿

Even in spooky season, calm isn’t a trick — it’s a skill.

✨ Ground yourself.
✨ Protect your peace.
✨ Be gentle with your healing.

The real magic is emotional regulation.

Confidence begins in the body — your posture, your breath, and the cues you send your nervous system. Even simple physical shifts can remind your mind: 𝘐’𝘮 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺. 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴.

Now that we’ve talked about the 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 – the ones that don’t always look like panic – let’s focus on what to do 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩.

💛Awareness is the first step, but how we respond to what we notice can change everything.

This post walks you through small, doable shifts: 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 —> 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴.

✨Save it as a gentle reminder for the next time anxiety shows up quietly.

Even when your brain won’t clock out, you can still find small ways to soothe yourself.

💤 𝘈𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘧𝘵. — but we can still find little ways to soothe ourselves when the thoughts get loud.

Even a single deep breath, a soft stretch, or reminding yourself “𝘐’𝘮 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸” can help signal that it’s okay to unwind.

Anxiety isn’t always obvious 😔 It doesn’t always show up as panic or worry. Sometimes it hides in subtle ways:

🌀Overthinking everything
🏃Constant busyness
😠Irritability or snapping easily
🌙 Trouble sleeping
🎯 Perfectionism

💛If any of this sounds familiar—you’re not alone. Anxiety can show up in many forms, but healing is possible.

✨Tip: Notice it. Name it. Reach out for support if you need it. Even small steps make a difference.
