The residents enjoyed a delightful afternoon painting class, filling the room with laughter, conversation, and vibrant splashes of color. Sunlight filtered through the windows as they experimented with different brushes and techniques, some discovering new talents while others simply relished the chance to relax and express themselves. The instructor offered gentle guidance, encouraging everyone to explore their creativity at their own pace. By the end of the session, the tables were covered with cheerful canvases, each one reflecting the unique personality of its artist and the warm, communal spirit of the afternoon.

Today our community enjoyed a Presentation from Ron the historian. Ron took us on a visual trip through the "Windy City". We learned about it's founding and growth, The great Chicago fire, some major events, cultural contributions, Prohibition, and of course Al Capone. A few of our residents are from Chicago so for them it was a trip down memory lane. We're looking forward to his visit next month.
