Here's a heads up on upcoming changes to my schedule.
NOTE: ALL IN PERSON CLASSES - I will no longer be able to provide yoga props for your use, given my inability to clean them between each class. These are the required props:
- 2 Sturdy blankets (like the Mexican yoga blankets)
- a buckled yoga strap, preferably 10 feet long
- 2 or more yoga blocks
- optional pinky balls and eye pillows.
I HAVE A LIMITED AMT of used props available for sale. Small blocks $5 each, straps $5 each, balls $2 each and eye pillows $5 each. Contact me to arrange to buy any of these.

- M & W 8:30 AM Classes move to in person the first week of August in the Community Center downtown. Class size is limited to 24, so if you are planning to attend it is time to register with Parks and Rec.

- W Evening 6:00 PM Class will be in person at Liberty Adult Ed Center, in our old room. It starts the first week of August. Class size minimum is 8, so please register if you are planning to attend.

- MWF 11:15 Zoom Classes Multiple changes below.
- I am cancelling Friday sessions, the last Friday class is July 16.
- Starting August 2, M and W classes will be longer 11:15am -12:45pm.
- For the rest of July classes will still be 11:15-12:30.

- M & W Summerset Classes will resume in person the first week of August. Class time is moving to 1:30-2:30PM and will be in the main room. Facemasks will be required if you are not vaccinated. I have new waivers (bring your vacc card/photo) for everyone to sign and have the old log book just waiting for us.
