I don’t know where to start feels true, but most of the time it’s not a lack of information, it’s overwhelmed, dressed up as helplessness. And I say this with love, it’s giving victim. You are absolutely capable. You’re not confused, you flooded. Big difference to start with one thing ask yourself what’s the next right step for me to take so I can become the woman I wanna be.? Clarity doesn’t come before action. It comes from action. You don’t need a master plan, you need a starting point.

Replying to , if your doctor’s not listening to you, what makes you think he’s going to do a compounded formula for you? I’m guessing he doesn’t know how to do that. You need to find a Doctor who is an integrative physician in your area, otherwise go the telemedicine route. There are answers, but your doctor is not helping you, not one bit. Sorry for the rant, but I’m sick and tired of these ass hat doctors who think MD stands for Medical Diety.

I don’t know what to say about what I just went through, but it shook me. Life is fragile. Life is so hard sometimes. And the pain of depression, sorrow, and all the stuff that can get heaped on us, especially this time of year, can be pretty dreadful. Be the light in somebody else’s darkness.

Replying to Hoesl, when I realized the root causes of both Hashimoto’s and menopause overlap, things began to change. The same habits that support hormone balance also support thyroid health, and the same strategies that reduce inflammation for Hashimoto’s also ease menopause symptoms. When I rebuilt my sleep, stress, circadian rhythm, nutrition, and recovery systems, both my menopause symptoms and my Hashimoto’s improved. Healing one helped heal the other, because women’s hormones and thyroids are deeply connected.
