Daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a therapy from Revolution Medicines just earned an FDA National Priority Voucher for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. This will fast-track FDA’s review of this drug and spotlights the critical need for new treatments for .
RMC-6236 is a first-in-class RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor targeting the historically “undruggable” RAS pathway - mutated in more than 90% of pancreatic cancers. A major step forward in the fight for better treatment options and more hope. 💜
