Nearly 800,000 customers across the United States are still without power following this week’s severe winter storm. Tennessee has been the most impacted, with close to 250,000 outages reported, according to PowerOutage.us. Mississippi has also experienced significant disruption, with more than 160,000 customers affected.

Our thoughts remain with the families, communities, and frontline workers navigating extended outages, hazardous conditions, and challenging recovery efforts. Severe weather events like this place tremendous strain on both people and critical infrastructure, and restoring service safely takes time.
