Stretching, in addition to exercise, has many benefits for fertility and stress reduction while ttc. Whether you are doing a yoga class or just stretching at home, consider these tips:

1. Don't stretch cold. Warm up your muscles before stretching to get the real benefits and prevent injury.

2. Try to incorporate hip opening stretches like pigeon pose to promote pelvic circulation and flexibility.

3. Don't forget to gently stretch your neck and shoulders, which often bear the weight of our stress.

4. Hold stretches for around 30 seconds before moving on to the next area of your body.

5. Try a few minutes of quiet meditation at the end to center yourself and feel the benefits of moving your body.

Mary and Jaime helped support today by raising funds and running the Bridgehampton Half/5k.

The Chick Mission is a charity that provides funding and guidance for newly diagnosed cancer patients to freeze their eggs before receiving the life-saving treatments that often damage fertility.

They run on Mother’s Day weekend to help these women have the chance to become mothers one day if/when they choose.

is the badass medical director on their board, a mom, and a survivor herself.

We love the ladies of The Chick Mission!
