Linda is an experienced and energetic leader in senior living, with a strong background in creating meaningful, resident-centered engagement programs. In her previous role, she designed and oversaw comprehensive activity programming for both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, thoughtfully tailoring experiences to individual histories, interests, and cognitive abilities while fostering a vibrant and inclusive community.

She also brings over a decade of healthcare experience from HealthFirst Medical Health Insurance, where she served as a Project Specialist and Quality Improvement Clinical Coordinator. In these roles, Linda led high-priority cross-functional initiatives, managed complex data systems, implemented quality improvement programs, and supported regulatory compliance and corrective action planning. Her strengths include program development, memory care engagement, team leadership, budget management, data integrity, and strong communication skills—balancing creativity with operational excellence.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments come in the form of a handwritten note. 💛

A family recently shared how grateful they are for the care their parents receive each day. They spoke about the patience our team shows, the way staff take the time to understand each parent’s individual needs, and how much peace of mind it brings knowing their loved ones are safe, comfortable, and surrounded by compassionate people.

They also shared how much it means to see our team go the extra mile to help bring their parents together, even as it becomes more difficult with time.

Their message ended with something that truly touched our hearts — thanking our team for being their extended family and for the love and care shown every day.
