Please join us in welcoming Razia Khan, RN, BSN, our new Wellness Director at Brandywine Middlebrook Crossing!

Razia brings extensive experience in oncology, medical-surgical care, long-term care, and assisted living leadership. She has served as Director of Nursing, Nurse Supervisor, Resident Nurse Supervisor, and ADON / Nurse Educator, focusing on staff development, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care.

She holds a BSN, Practical Nursing and Associate Nursing certifications, is completing her Master’s in Nursing Administration, and maintains active RN licensure in NY and NJ.

Outside of work, Razia enjoys time with her husband, family, and three dogs, as well as reading sci-fi novels and video gaming.

We’re thrilled to have her join the Middlebrook family!
