MEET THE THERAPIST 🌻

Sheana Ditri (she/her/hers) is your calm in the midst of a storm. 🪷

Sheana is a client-centered therapist who is committed to seeing clients through their darkest times and bringing them to a place of hope.

She helps clients recognize their inner resources and resiliency to access the relationships and life they strive to create.

Sheana has extensive experience working with victims of traumatic events as well as professionals in healthcare settings.

Sheana holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Curry College, a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University, and a post-graduate certificate in Professional Counseling. Sheana is a Licensed Associate Counselor and member of the American Counseling Association.

She has been a featured panelist at Monmouth University, Bloomfield Women’s History Month Community Conversation on the Pandemic, and Women’s Work in partnership with the Women of Bloomfield’s Town Council, and the Bloomfield Commission of Civil Rights.

Sheana is certified in Individual, Peer, Group Crisis, and USA Veteran Mental Health Intervention, a Certified Yoga Instructor and Sand Play Therapist.

Sheana is currently accepting new clients ages 6 and up.
