The “Time- Blocking” Strategy (The Power Move)
This is moving beyond the simple "to-do" list. Instead of just listing tasks, you schedule specific blocks of time for specific activities—including breaks!
* How to Use It: Block out 90 minutes for "Deep Work" (no distractions). Crucially, also block out 30 minutes for "Lunch, Unplugged" and 1 hour for "Acro Flow/Gym/Rest." If it's not on the schedule, it doesn't exist.
The “Two- Minute Rule” (The Efficiency Hack )
If a task can be done in two minutes or less, do it immediately. This simple tool prevents small tasks (like replying to a quick email, scheduling an appointment, or washing a dish) from piling up and causing mental clutter.
* How to Use It: The moment you think of that quick task, execute it. This clears your brain and builds momentum, freeing up energy for your bigger goals.
The “MIT” (Most Important Task) Focus (The Purpose Anchor )
Before your day starts, identify 1 to 3 "MITs." These are the tasks that will have the biggest impact on your goals—whether it’s advancing your career, improving your finances, or prioritizing your mental health.
