The division, the noise, and the systemic pressure are all designed to keep us in survival mode. When we live in fear, we start believing the lie that we are powerless to change our own lives, let alone the world around us.

In a world that feels heavy for so many right now, I’m reminded of something one of my spiritual teachers, Mary Morrissey, once said:
Everyone in this world is either giving love
 or crying out for it.
Today, I choose to be someone who gives it.
Love isn’t limited to romance. It’s in a kind word. A patient response. A listening ear. A forgiving heart. A quiet prayer. A warm smile to a stranger.
No matter your faith, culture, race, background, or beliefs, we all understand what it feels like to be seen, valued, and cared for. And we all know what it feels like to long for that.
So today, may we be gentle with one another.
May we assume goodness.
May we extend compassion.
May we remember that behind every face is a human heart that needs love.
I am grateful to be able to give it today.

Look around. In the current state of our world, it is incredibly easy to feel small. Between the shifting social landscapes and the noise of the headlines, the “Survival Mode” we often talk about in business is being mirrored in our everyday lives.

But here is the truth: The narrative that you are powerless is the greatest distraction from your Purpose.
