This detox is perfect for you busy bees :bee: as you only need to use a blender once each morning to make one large smoothie, you then divide this into three bottles/jar for breakfast, lunch and dinner (just store in the fridge until you are ready to drink) add in two snacks per day and there's the option to have a healthy dinner in the evening or at lunchtim That's slimming made super simple :green_heart:

My name is Tara and I have struggled with food my entire life. My weight has gone from one extreme to the other over and over again as I would cycle between emotional/binge eating and restricting food with whatever gimmicky fad diet or pill would promise me quick results. I’ve tried so many things and as I reached my early 40s I just gave up. My weight climbed to my heaviest of almost 300 lbs. I can’t even tell you how miserable I was both physically and emotionally. I just couldn’t stand the way I felt anymore. It was no way to live and I had far too many reasons to get myself to a healthier state. Over the past year I have worked on my mindset and adapted healthier habits when it comes to food. As the weight started coming off and I started to feel better, I began working out. So far I’m down 65 lbs. and I’m not stopping there!

This sweet smoothie will have you feeling like it's summertime in the dead of winter with blueberries and peaches. Plus, you'll get your daily dose of greens with nutrient-rich kale. A dash of cinnamon is the perfect touch.

My name is Sadie! I HAVE LOST OVER 80 POUNDS!!! •
I am 21 (almost 22) years old and on a major weight loss journey! I have had no surgery or intervention! I have done this all through exercise and nutrition!!

At my highest, I weighed in at 267.4 lbs. I had run out of excuses for gaining weight, admitted I was overeating and lazy, and kicked my butt into gear!! I cut carbs, increased protein and count calories! •
I started on December 13th, 2017. I got down to 193lbs!! In 5months, I lost 75lbs!!!

Over the summer of 2018 though, I got back into some bad habits and gained back 40 lbs😓but no need to worry! In November 2018 I got myself together again! I’m currently 186lbs!!! And I’m nowhere near done!! •

This weight loss has not only changed my body and my life, but also has given me the opportunity to help others through my experiences!! That’s why I’m in the process of developing a weight loss guide!!!Come join me on my journey and follow my Instagram and participate in the motivational and helpful conversations we have daily (for free!)!!💕
