Traditionally known as Dang Shen, codonopsis root has long been used in Chinese herbalism as a gentle “Qi tonic” — supporting energy, digestion, and overall resilience.

I love it for its strengthening, replenishing nature — it helps build vitality over time rather than giving a quick burst. Think of it as a daily ally for stamina, recovery, and nourishing the body’s core energy.
