Could something as simple as gratitude really change your health?
What if one of the most powerful influences on your health isn't a medication-but a feeling like gratitude?
Most of us think about health in terms of the physical body. But what if our inner life-our thoughts, our awareness, and our sense of gratitude-plays a much bigger role than we realize?
I recently sat down with cardiologist Dr. Julius Torelli, whom I met through a program we're both part of called Sharing the Feeling.
We talked about how gratitude and presence can influence our physiology, and how many experiences in medicine seem to point toward something deeper than the purely physical.
It became a meaningful discussion about the connection between mind, body, and spirit-and how cultivating gratitude may open the door to greater peace, presence, and awareness.
Take a moment today to pause and appreciate the little things. It can change more than just your mood.
One moment in this conversation especially stood out to me about how gratitude may affect our physiology.

I'm curious-have you noticed gratitude affecting your own sense of well-being?
