The seller has:

1️⃣ CPA they’ve known for years
2️⃣ Practice Broker getting a 10% commission on the sale
3️⃣ Attorney they’ve worked with before

❌ Plus they know where all the skeletons are buried with the practice. Like which team members are a high performers and which need to go!

Not to mention the relationship with patients and their true reasons for selling the practice in the first place.
