For the past 3 1/2 weeks I have been unable to do what I love to do...🚳🚳

Which is ride my wheels

Today it was an amazing feeling to be back at it again!!
🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚵‍♀️

I am beyond grateful that my body is getting back to normal and I'm able to resume most of my activities . I was literally in tears 😭wondering if I would ever be able to fully move as I once did.

After being out of commission phyically these past 2 weeks, it felt amazing to complete a full Fitcamp!! 👊👊
