will always be my favorite, this almond butter tastes like vanilla graham crackers 🤯Packed with protein as well!

Recently I started exploring the non-dairy options for yogurt and I have to say- it’s rough out there 🥲 everything I found was super high in fat or carbs and little to no protein. THEN- I came across and they NAILED IT. This yogurt has 11g of protein and the perfect balance of fats and carbs.

✨Berries are a great complex carbohydrate which provides the body with energy throughout your workout

✨They also contain high amounts of water which will keep you hydrated

✨Consuming a quality protein post workout is just as crucial as consuming before.

✨Consuming before will send nutrients and oxygen to your muscles

✨Consuming after will help repair your muscles
