There is something so powerful in having uninterrupted time to feel everything. Turning our phones on airplane, receiving a real hug that’s not a pat on the back but a real hug where you feel the others persons heart connecting with your own, moving our bodies in a way that softens us and reminds us of the feminine energy that needs so much more attention then is normally given.

Who taught you to disapprove of your body first?

What was the originating messages you received.

When you look in the mirror does the automatic dialogue sound like you’re too much of something somewhere on your body or don’t have enough of something else?

Can we just shut that noise off for a moment, breathe deeply, and then drop so damn deep into the well of what feels good to us. Because body discovery, body worship, helps us to stop looking outside of ourselves as validation to love our bodies for the exact way they were designed. Bodies no matter what color, size, shape, or gender were made for our own pleasure and celebration first.

#44 a Master Number signifying hard work as a year to set a foundation for prosperity and abundance for your future lineage.

Feeling a sense of peace and readiness on this day of my personal new year.

43 was a reminder to step away from the chaos and drama of the world and make time to cultivate my own peace. It also shun a light on the power of stepping away from defensiveness into a deeper understanding of the part I may play in an upset. Difficult conversations are necessary and provide healing don’t avoid having them. Continue to create openings in your life for more love and healing of our planet. We are all connected deeper then we want to believe. Don’t subscribe to the division of the matrix.

Pray over other peoples lives. One of my original mentors once said to me at age 28 when others around me have a good life I have a good life. At that point in my life I was depressed and depleted and was just in awe of having that much life force to share with others seemed so far away. Thank you Jo for those words they stuck💛✨✨💛

Learn to fill your time up with things that you love: people, prayer, ritual, nature, movement, activism, adventure, and you will have more then enough good stuff to share.

Since I’ve been back from the retreat I’ve been off of social media a lot. Coming to the realization that plugging into too many energies at once is not always good for my mental health.

I’m not leaving this space but I am powerfully taking back my time and who I give access to it. It feels like a healthy boundary as I step into my 44th year on the 22nd of this month.

I know everyone can’t have the privilege of taking off on an airplane and in a few weeks I’ll be offering a free 5 day class called Awakening The Creatrix, we will be learning some of the tools we experienced at the retreat as well as somatic movement and family constellation. Since I’ve come back from Puerto Rico I noticed how much time I was spending on social media before. From scrolling to posting. I noticed how much that was impacting my connection to myself, my family, and others.

My joy was feeling a bit meh! I noticed when it came to play in my life I had all kind of excuses from how late something was 845pm on a Saturday😂 too how old I am to be doing this or that.

I call bu****it as I approach 44 in the next few weeks.

How can I get pi**ed at my daughter for scrolling on her iPad if I’m not present and doing it? If you don’t see me on here 24/7 know that I’m out on this porch eating popsicles with her , learning to ride bicycles with no hands again , contemplating becoming a Girl Scout Leader, celebrating my clients elevations, community work behind scenes, cuddling in the bed with my lover, and taking up more space for bliss💛✨💛

As we have seen in 2019 2020 and 2021 life is precious. Use your time to do something good in the world✨💛💕💛💕

Judging and projecting your own stuff leaves you with the poisonous energy.
It’s easy to point fingers at other, complain about another person without self-reflecting on our own humanness and BS.

I’ve been guilty in the past of this getting caught up in the energy of chaos before I was still with myself and grounded in my body.

We are all imperfect in our own way. Watch out for the ideal womxn (created by ) who is here to judge everyone for everything they aren’t doing right/perfect including yourself. Sending love in the space of Mercury Retrograde. Stay in your power.
