They taste like brownies.

✔️ 15g plant-based protein per scoop
✔️ full spectrum vitamins + minerals

Save this recipe for easier mornings ↓

BREAKFAST BROWNIES
• 1½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
• 1½ ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1 Scoop kika
• 2–3 tbsp pure maple syrup
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ cup chocolate chips
• pinch flaky sea salt

Blend everything (except chips).
Let sit 2–3 mins.
Fold in chips.
Bake 350° for 23–27 mins.
Top with sea salt.

It’s giving brownie.
It’s delivering breakfast.

Welcome to The kika Breakfast Club 🧡 where mornings feel calmer, not chaotic.

Today’s recipe: Syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) — cozy, simple, and nourishing.

We add one scoop of kika so you can top with berries, honey, or maple syrup and know breakfast is already doing its job. 👇🏼

✨ 15g plant-based protein
🍓 10+ organic fruits & veggies
🧠 B-vitamins for energy + focus
🦠 Gut health blend for happy bellies

Syrniki Recipe
• 16 oz cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 scoop Kika
• 1 cup white flour (½ mixed in, ½ for shaping)
• Ghee or avocado oil for frying

🥞 Mix cottage cheese, egg, Kika + ½ cup flour until soft dough forms.
🥞Shape small patties using remaining flour.
🥞Pan-fry in oil over medium heat, 3–4 min per side until golden.

Serve with sour cream, berries, jam, or honey 🍯
