There’s a moment that happens in every practice.

Patient comes in, they’ve been consistent, they’re doing the work, and then somewhere around visit five or six, they just stop showing up.

The easy explanation is they didn’t commit.

But that’s not what’s happening.

They felt their pain go away, and from where they’re standing, that means they’re done.

They can’t see what you see.

So they made a rational decision with the information they had, and walked out right when the real correction work was just getting started.

And that’s not a compliance problem. It’s a visibility gap.

Credentials put you in a category. They don't differentiate you within it.

The market still can't see what happens in your treatment room, so it still prices you like everyone else at your level.

Dr. Brian Wallace lives it.

As someone who went through the system the hard way, meeting practitioners like Brian is what keeps me going.

He grew up in a chiropractic family, and almost took a different path after school, but came back.

His practice has been in the same community for 40 years, seeing everyone from newborns to retirees.

Structural, sustainable health is typically invisible to the patient.

Their barometer is pain.

“Do I feel pain?”
“How much do I have?”
“Is it worth me visiting the clinic again?”

This is how your patients evaluate coming back to you.

This isn’t random and they’re certainly not wrong, especially when there’s not a clear destination to arrive at.

It’s what happens when the gap between what they feel & what you see goes unaddressed.
