If you have an auto immune disorder, you probably know how hard it is to keep your hair from thinning... I went from having r.s.v in my house to covid... r.s.v was definitely harder to cope with breathing wise.. but I am fully vaccinated and I've been boosted once for covid so my inhaler worked fine for the covid... But now I'm having a full blown Lupus flare.. I have a rash on my face and scalp and down my arms. I've been exhausted and my hip joints are really aching making it hard to sleep at night. I may have to do a steroid treatment on my scalp. I'm taking 2000 mg of vitamin c a day and a zinc supplement. I haven't been able to exercise in a couple weeks.. the covid my 1 year old had really caused the Lupus to be active. It may be time to break out the turmeric and ginger tea for inflammation 🌱 thankful for natural therapy 💜

I found out that I have very high cholesterol levels... Although genetics play into this 👪you can make a difference through exercise and diet. Two KEY things in keeping healthy with Lupus also! However, I didn't want to pay for Team Beach Body even though I have a great friend and very inspirational woman that coaches for them! I found an online community that offers a ton of resources in their free membership! Team Body Project 💜💜💜 sign up and try some workouts. They are all about progression not perfection!!
