He has a previous career in construction management and a background in Buddhism and has been compared to a mountain, able to weather storms with a grounding presence.

When Dan isnโ€™t in the therapy room or working through his Masterโ€™s degree, you can find him rock climbing or hiking or even squeezing in a group read-through of an 18th Century comedy play or a video gaming

As we step closer to the New Year, it's a tradition for many of us to set resolutions. This year, we encourage you to approach New Year's resolutions with a focus on your mental health and well-being. Let's talk about setting realistic, achievable goals that nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Why Set Realistic Goals?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Sustainable Change: Small, achievable goals are easier to maintain and can lead to long-term change.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Less Pressure: Realistic goals reduce the pressure and potential disappointment of not meeting overly ambitious expectations.
