It’ll be a casual, honest conversation about all the stuff we should really be talking about in midlife — from brain fog to libido to hormone therapy and more. No fluff, just real info and real talk.

New blog post! 📝✨

This one’s personal—because it’s about an area of midlife care I’m working on myself: exercise. (Hence the recent weighted vest purchase 😅)

It can feel paralyzing to know where to even start. Fortunately, the goal on day one isn’t to sing for 3 hours on a treadmill like Taylor reportedly did to prep for her epic tour 💪🎤

But small shifts in routine really can build momentum.

So—what’s one thing you could change this week to move more?

🚶‍♀️ A brisk walk on your lunch break?
🏋️ One strength session—at the gym or with bands/bodyweight at home?
✨ Already active? Amazing. What could help you fuel better or train smarter?
