The Role
We’re hiring licensed Aestheticians for a hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds—treating patients in the clinic and managing patient care virtually. You’ll see local patients in person during your in-clinic weeks and work with virtual patients nationwide during your remote weeks.
This position is ideal for motivated, newly licensed professionals who are passionate about aesthetics, technology, and achieving transformative results for their patients.
Schedule
▪️In-Clinic: 2 weeks per month
▪️Virtual: 2-3 weeks per month (work from our clinic or from home)
What You’ll Do
In-Clinic
▪️Perform treatments including microneedling and dermaplaning, following Spruce Micro’s proprietary protocols.
▪️Consult with patients to assess skin health, treatment goals, and progress.
▪️Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant treatment environment.
▪️Collaborate with clinical and off-site teams to ensure consistent, results-driven care.
No stressful commission or patient sourcing.
We provide the patients—you focus on delivering exceptional results.
Virtual
▪️Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups with patients across the U.S.
▪️Create and adjust personalized skincare protocols using Spruce Micro’s custom platform and guided treatment systems.
▪️Track progress, provide education, and offer ongoing support throughout each patient’s journey.
▪️Virtual work may be performed on-site at Spruce Micro or from home.
What You Bring
▪️Active Aesthetician License (required)
New graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
