🎒Backpacks that are too heavy place stress on the spine and shoulders of children, causing muscle strain and fatigue. This can also lead to poor posture and excessive slouching.

And as we know, repetitive small traumas to the spine like this contribute to subluxations - which we not only want to correct but also prevent!
