The 2nd Annual Give Brock A Lift Golf Outing & Silent Auction September 20th, 2015. All donations will be tax deductible through Brownsburg Sertoma.

Brock suffered a spinal cord injury on April 13th, 2014 while racing his motorcycle. He was life lined to IU Health Methodist in Indianapolis where he stayed in ICU for 6 days and was then transferred to RHI on his 29th birthday for 4 weeks of intensive inpatient rehabilitation. He is now learning to live life as a paraplegic. Since last year’s golf outing, Brock has had many major events occur in his life, all good! He
and his fiance’, Tasha Moore, were married, on November 17, 2014 (this was the 7th year
anniversary since their first date). A few weeks ago, he was able to go back to work for the first
time since his accident. His new job is Service Coordinator for Southeastern Equipment
Company in Indianapolis. All of these good things came about because Brock had the fortitude to “tough it out” and with his new bride at his side they began their future together. They could not have done this
without the assistance and support of you, his family, friends, and all who helped last year. They still need our help with the crushing cost of the continued rehab, special equipment and
medical supplies. This year we are concentrating on the following items:

- An elevator for their home Estimated cost $25,000.00

- Segfree outdoor wheel chair Estimated cost $6,000.00

- FES Cycle (electronic stimulator) Estimated cost $17,000.00

Hello everybody,

It's officially fall time and the perfect time to enjoy the beautiful season. We've had several people and businesses ask if we would be having our annual golf outing this year and unfortunately we will not. We have been so blessed to have such amazing family, friends, and incredible community that have helped every chance along the way. This year we found ourselves finding more routine in life and getting settled into our home, and along the way it left us too little time to plan another outing. Not wanting to put any strain on family and our amazing volunteers we hope everyone understands we can't make the outing happen this year. We hope to plan better in the future in order to have another outing to help further my own recovery, or more importantly to help others that have sustained a spinal injury as well. Please know that our gratitude for everyone and all the businesses is tremendous and we would not be where we are now without your help. We apologize for the late notice.

Tomorrow's forecast is calling for perfect golf weather, 74 degrees and sunny! You couldn't ask for a better day to play golf! We still have openings available, and we encourage you to come play golf and enjoy the beautiful day with us at West Chase Golf Club. Lunch will be served by The Pit Stop BBQ and a delicious steak dinner will be catered afterwards by Dawson's Too while the silent auction takes place where you can also bid on several unique items. If you don't have plans tomorrow, come out and enjoy the fun. All donations are tax deductible through Brownsburg Sertoma 501c3. We look forward to seeing everyone! ⛳️🏆
