The one on one for a full hour allows them to get patients better quicker with less visits than traditional PT. Custom Fit Physical Therapy provides the client with a unique, VIP experience. Our physical therapists have more than 40 years of experience. In addition to typical therapy treatments, they specialize in Primal Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT). PRRT is a new and revolutionary manual ther

Rainy Day Reminder ☔

This is a simple PRRT (Primal Reflex Release Technique) reset we use in the clinic called the Palmar Reflex.

It helps calm the nervous system and break stress, fear, or anger patterns that create tension in the body.

Try it:
• Lie on your back
• Place a pen behind your ring finger
• Bring your arms overhead
• Close your eyes and take 3–4 slow breaths

Small resets like this can help your body relax and move better.
