More elderberry syrup in the making this morning! 🤩💃🏼 This is what “made with love from scratch” looks like! 🥰

This is definitely one of the most popular syrups I make, for good reason! It definitely works in fighting off and preventing colds and flus. 👍🏻

My syrups are unique in the fact that it is preserved, therefore you do not have to refrigerate it 🥰 and they’re also more powerful so a little bit goes a long way!

To give it a little bit extra power, I like to leave the “pulp” in 1-2 days after I have prepared it to allow the alcohol and honey to draw out even more of the delicious bug and viral fighting abilities burried deep within the berries and spices. ☺️

Getting some tinctures bottled and ready to go today! Cayenne is one of my favorites to keep on hand 🥵 great for emergency situations such as wounds, heart attack, stroke and also great for everyday use in migraines, pain and blood pressure (high AND low)!
