I spent the weekend in Atlanta completing an intensive 2-day Myofascial Swedish course by the “Massage Sloth” himself, Ian Harvey (massagesloth). I walked away with new techniques and a renewed appreciation for this work I love so much. Ian, thank you for such a fun, inspiring and amazing class!
