🤍baby held while you get a long hot shower

My hope is that when I leave, you’re feeling better in your body and in your heart, you’re feeling supported and you’re feeling more confident in your healing and your mothering.

This is mother-centered holistic postpartum care.

Join our circle, postpartum mamas!

This is a weekly class for moms up to around 6 months postpartum. Bring your baby and circle up with us for a gentle movement practice, followed by time to chat about all things postpartum- physical healing, sleep, relationship changes and more.

We laugh, we cry and WE. GET. IT.

I invite you to carve out this time for yourself once a week- this time to move, share, listen, and connect. It’s not a luxury- it’s a necessity.

Bring your baby, your coffee, and your questions. Mats are provided. Yes, you can absolutely feed and change your baby at any time or do whatever else you need to do. This is for any postpartum mom, first timers or veterans!

We meet on Wednesdays at 9:30am in Brunswick. Drop in for $21 or get a 4-pack for $69!

You can eat them one-handed, warm them up and add some butter for extra deliciousness and you can enjoy them with a cup of tea or bone broth! Yum!

If someone is coming over and asks to bring you something, asking them to make muffins is never a bad idea! 😊😋

And, as usual, as your doula, if you have a favorite muffin recipe, or one you want to try out, I’d love to make them for you! 🤍

POV: your postpartum doula likes to pretend she’s a barista ☕️

If there is a drink, snack, soup or treat recipe that you want to try, and you want me to make it for you, I’m totally down! I have fun experimenting with these things!

This warm and nourishing blue drink was fun to make and taste, and perfect for postpartum mamas or anyone needing extra support for stress, rest and sleep, thanks to a tincture called Bring Me a Dream from

You can take the tincture simply in water, or add it to this recipe like I did.

Recipe:
💙2 teaspoons chamomile flowers, or a chamomile tea bag
💙steep in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes
💙strain and add…
💙2 droppers full of Bring Me a Dream tincture
💙1/2 to 1 teaspoon of honey
💙1 teaspoon blue spirulina
💙blend together
💙add 1 cup of warm milk of your choice
💙Enjoy and sleep well!

Let me know if you try this! And postpartum doula clients, if you want to try this, let me know and I’ll bring the ingredients!

And if you don’t have blue spirulina, don’t sweat it. I think you can get away with not using it!
