Cozy, rainy day with your postpartum doula 🤍

Laundry is washed, dried & put away
Dinner is in the crockpot
Your indoor plants are watered
The grocery delivery is put away
Muffins are in the oven
All diaper changing stations are refilled
You enjoyed an amazing hot herbal footsoak while your hair was getting combed out and you had true, deep rest
You got a hot shower and are now cuddled up with your baby with a cup of hot tea and a yummy snack beside you
The vibe is chill and calm

You just feel better!

Spring or summer due date? We welcome you into the studio to gather with other mothers due at the same time, along with doulas Brittney & Lisa. They say it takes a village- we invite you to begin building yours!

You will circle up with tea and a snack while you socialize and meet other moms. This is a time for you to meet our doulas and perinatal teachers, learn about the perinatal classes that we offer, start building your mom-friend community and collect resources.

We will close with a mini prenatal meditation to help you connect with your baby. You will also receive our extensive list of local resources, and an amazing goodie bag along with a few affirmation cards to add to your birth and postpartum tool kit.

You’ll leave feeling connected to your local community and have a few new mom-friends, along with built-in playdate friends for your new baby!

Excited to launch our free Moms Walking Group this month!

If you’re a mom with a baby in a stroller, like to walk and talk, and want to make mom friends, come and join us! I have two lovely mamas volunteering to lead the walks for us- thank you, ladies!

Nichole will be the point person for the Sunday walks, and she is planning to host walks every other Sunday.

Gina is leading the Thursday walks and she is planning two dates for this month, and then weekly after that.

Both are meeting at Bonnie Park in Strongsville which has nice, paved paths!

You don’t need to sign up, just show up! Comment below if you’re planning on it! Check back here on stories for walk updates and weather cancellations. Message me if you have questions.

Join me and for a FREE workshop all about tummy time! This is for you if you want to learn more about tummy time- especially how and why! You will also learn more about how tummy time fosters better feeding skills and how it sets baby up for hitting milestones. And if your baby hates tummy time, then you should definitely come! This is for babies around 6 months of age and younger.

I’m excited for this repeat collab! We hosted this a few months back and it was such a good time!

Postpartum Moms is a weekly class for moms up to around 6 months postpartum. Each week we will practice yoga and relaxation techniques, while also exploring various postpartum topics such as physical healing, sleep, relationship changes and more.

Come to connect with other moms, make new friends, or to simply enjoy some time out of the house with your baby!

These classes are the perfect opportunity to connect with other new moms from around our local communities. I want you to come and make mom friends!

The details:

✨We meet weekly, at 9:30am on Wednesdays.

✨Each class is about an hour long.

✨Each week we have a new topic, including birth, physical healing, sleep, and more! We practice some yoga and stretching, and I also teach you relaxation or mindfulness exercises that you can incorporate into your days as a new mom.

✨Each group is limited to 8 moms to maintain a small, intimate setting.

✨You can bring your baby, and you can freely feed or change your baby at any time.

✨You can bring your coffee. We have tea available for you here, and sometimes I bring snacks!

✨Mats are provided.

✨This is ideal for moms with babies 0-6 months old.

✨Volunteer Needed!✨

I’m looking for a mom with a pre-walking baby to lead a free walking group for other moms with pre-walking babies!

I’d love to offer a weekly or twice-monthly meet-up for moms in our area to get together for a walk, and I need someone to be the leader of that. This is something I used to offer in Delaware (see the throw back pic of my fave walking crew- minus a few!) and I’d love to offer it here to give moms more chances to connect and build their village. I believe community and connection is so important! But I don’t have time in my schedule, which is why I’m hoping there’s a mama out there who would love to volunteer for this!

If you’re a mom who has a baby in a stroller or carrier and wants to meet other local moms, is passionate about building community and making mom friends, and likes to lead and plan things, this is for you! I’m very flexible on the day of week and the time- it’s basically what works for your schedule to be the walk hostess.

You must be local to Brunswick or willing to drive here, as I’d like for the walks to take place in Brunswick, Strongsville or Medina.

I would like for this to begin sometime in April and it would probably run through September or early October. I guess the weather will dictate that!

If there are many moms interested, I’m also totally fine with rotating who is hosting!
