You’re not “too much," even if they tell you that.
You’re not overreacting.
And you’re definitely not broken.
You’ve just learned to live in a constant state of overthinking, overgiving, and overfunctioning, as you try to hold it all together.
And it’s exhausting. And, it can lead to resentment. Even toward the people you love and care about.
This is the kind of work I do with clients every day; helping women understand their patterns, calm their nervous systems, and finally feel more like themselves again.
