A Reintroduction 💫
To those who’ve known me for years and those just joining me, thank you for being here and welcome to my little corner of the world! Getting to do work I deeply love is a gift I don’t take for granted.
Let me just preface this by saying that I’m still making Malas- just a bit slower lately… 😉📿
Since 2009, I’ve supported the widowed community as a peer, mentor, advocate, and now as a therapist and coach- holding space for grief, providing tools for healing, self-discovery, and the integration of grief and growth.
More recently, I’ve been supporting adults with ADHD and late-identified autism, helping them understand their unique flavors of neurodivergence while unpacking years of masking and misunderstandings. I provide strategies for improved executive functioning, greater self-acceptance and self-compassion, and authentic living with a more regulated nervous system.
What makes my approach unique?
A profound understanding of the ways grief and neurodivergence intersect + actionable tools that actually help- all grounded in love.
A little update: I’m continuing to work toward full licensure as a therapist in NYS (passed my exam last year- just 975ish hours of supervision to go!) and currently exploring a rabbit hole about somatic work and psychoneuroimmunology, and so excited about how this knowledge will serve my clients!
Thank you for being here and letting me share my little corner of the world with you. 💗📿
