This Saturday at 10am
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying stress in your body, this circle is for you.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as “tapping,” is a gentle practice that combines light tapping on acupressure points with intentional language. It helps calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and bring the body back into a sense of safety and clarity.

You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to show up as you are. We’ll learn the basics together and move through a guided group tapping session for grounding, release, and emotional reset.

We’ve added open stitch circles to our weekly offerings: free, relaxed time to bring your project, settle in, and connect with other makers. No instruction, no expectations — just space to create together.

Re-sharing this raffle with a little update. I was able to take care of the tires (which I’m really grateful for), and I’m still working toward getting the exhaust fixed. Since opening the shop and not having fully steady income yet, it’s just been a lot to carry all at once.
