😲 Our 1 year anniversary is coming up on March 9th. 🥹

And honestly… we’re a little in awe.

One year ago, this was just an idea we believed in. A hope. A vision for a cozy corner where people could gather, create, exhale, and feel a little more connected.

Since then, we’ve watched strangers become friends. Beginners become confident makers. Hard days soften over coffee and yarn. We’ve witnessed laughter, tears, healing, growth — and so many beautiful, ordinary moments that mean more than we can explain.

This space exists because of you.

So to celebrate our first year, we’re creating a Community Blanket — stitched by the very hands that built this place.

If you’ve ever walked through our doors or supported us in any way… you belong in it.

Make a granny square and bring it in by March 8th so we can join them all together.

Let’s wrap year one in something we made side by side. 💚☕️🧶

🧶Wednesdays at Coffee & Crochet + Untangled Roots are full of magic, connection, and community but THIS Wednesday is extra special 🧶

Start the afternoon with Tarot Readings with Liz of Divination Station & Three Fates Divination from 12–4 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book ahead for guidance, clarity, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself.

Then settle in for our weekly Wednesday Stitch & Bitch from 3–6 PM. This free open stitch circle is a space to work on your WIP, meet fellow fiber lovers, and enjoy cozy conversation in community.

And in this evening, join us for our special Melt the ICE Stitch-In with The Knotty Buffalo starting at 6:30 PM. Let’s come together to work on our MTI hats or help us create hats, pins, and tassels to support immigrant-aid efforts while crafting alongside like-minded souls.

Come for one, or stay for all three. However long you’re here, you belong. 💚☕️🧶

❤️ Come in today to work on your WIP, connect with community, or help us make Melt the ICE hats, mini pins, and tassels ❤️

We’re hosting our open Sip & Stitch circle from 2–5 PM, and you’re welcome to stay and create with us until we close at 6. Bring whatever you’re working on, or if you feel called, you can help with the red hat and tassel project. We have yarn available, and no experience is needed.

In the video, I shared a bit about the meaning behind the red pointed hats and why these small handmade pieces matter.
