Baked Loaded Broccoli 🔥🥦
A cozy side or dish with pop of protein, crunch and spice that takes almost no time and tastes like comfort food without the crash.

What I used:
Fresh broccoli florets
Plain Greek yogurt
Shredded cheddar
Diced jalapeño

Chop and roast your broccoli at 425°F for 15–20 minutes with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pull it out, add a spoon of Greek yogurt, sprinkle cheddar, and finish with jalapeño on top.

Option: Add chopped bacon or chicken breast to the top 🤌🏽🤤😋

Some weeks just hit different hard. When everything feels heavy, getting a lift in becomes less about chasing numbers and more about screwing your head back on straight. There’s something about moving weight that clears out the static. You walk in feeling worn down and walk out feeling more like yourself again.

Strength training does build muscle, sure, but on weeks like this it’s really about the mental reset. It’s the one part of the day where things slow down, your brain stops spinning, and you get a minute to … just breathe. It reminds you that you can push through something hard and come out steadier and stronger on the other side.

Sometimes it’s building strength.

🍓✨ Frozen Greek yogurt bark is officially my new favorite treat that feels fancy, and only takes five minutes to prep

Greek yogurt spread on parchment, with your toppings of choice… I chose sliced strawberries, walnuts, coconut, and a little melted chocolate. Freeze it, break it apart, and you’ve got the easiest snack ever. The chocolate‑dipped strawberries on the side were a last minute decision and honestly… a great one. 😍

Recipe:
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• Berries
• Chopped walnuts or almonds
• Shredded coconut
• Melted dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or sugar free syrup. Spread the yogurt into a thin layer.
3. Add your toppings and drizzle with chocolate.
4. Freeze until solid.
5. Break into pieces and keep in the freezer.

Simple, and sweet 😋

Kinesis Kids (Ages 5–10)
Thursdays 4:15–4:50 PM
This class focuses on building strong movement foundations while helping kids learn to love exercise. Sessions are fun, upbeat, and confidence boosting, with an emphasis on coordination, balance, body control, listening skills, and teamwork. Our goal is to create positive experiences with movement that set kids up for lifelong physical confidence.

Strength & Conditioning for Athletes (Ages 11–18)
Thursdays 5:00–5:45 PM
Designed for youth and teen athletes looking to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. Workouts focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and building both physical and mental confidence that carries over to their sport.

January 15 – February 19
6-week session
$120

Spots are limited and registration is first come, first served. Payment secures your athlete’s spot.

Coached by a certified personal trainer since 2013, Strength & Conditioning Coach for Buffalo Envy All Stars, and former Canisius College softball player, your kids and athletes are training with experience you can trust.
